Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and process HR activities including pre-hire checks, HR system entry, new-hire pre-onboarding and onboarding, data changes, disability claims, leave of absence, compensation, benefits, and termination.
  • •Initiate, review, and approve daily HR system transactions to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • •Oversee employee records, ensure information is accurate and up to date, and support audits, government surveys, and reporting.
  • •Serve as a consultant to departments outside the shared services program to streamline HR processes and provide training on best practices.
  • •Maintain internal HR control standards, educate HR generalists and people managers, and provide orientation and training for new processes and platform rollouts.

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year or graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience with demonstrated competence.

  • •Advanced degree with little or no work experience may be acceptable.
  • •Certification such as SHRM-CP is preferred.
  • •Certification such as PHR or SHPR is preferred.
