Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Commissioning Management Plan.
  • •Lead commissioning planning, readiness assessments, stage-gate reviews, and execution.
  • •Oversee L1–L5 commissioning activities, including Functional Performance Testing and Integrated Systems Testing.
  • •Review and approve commissioning procedures, test scripts, method statements, and supporting documentation to ensure compliance.
  • •Coordinate contractors, consultants, vendors, and the Owner through final testing, turnover, acceptance, and issue resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA) certification.
  • •Strong commissioning management experience on major mission-critical or data center projects.
  • •Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, controls, and mission-critical MEP systems, including developing commissioning management plans.
  • •Hands-on experience with L1–L5 commissioning, Functional Performance Testing, and Integrated Systems Testing.
