Key Responsibilities

•Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using Carvana’s custom car haulers.
•Frequently load/unload vehicles and inspect the car-hauler to help ensure vehicles remain safe to drive.
•Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
•Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
•Work rotating shifts (7 days a week availability) with days off rotating between weekdays and weekends.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
•Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including loading/unloading and detailing vehicles in indoor/outdoor conditions, with occasional exposure to extreme weather.
•Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
•Must pass a drug test, obtain a DOT Medical Card, be at least 21 years old, and possess a valid driver’s license.
•Have (or obtain) a Notary within the first 90 days; state-specific licenses may be required within the first two weeks or 90 days depending on location.
