Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead client discovery sessions, document solution requirements, and propose optimal solution approaches with alternatives.
  • •Develop high-level architecture and technical designs for Sitecore-based solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  • •Design and implement Sitecore solutions and integrations with other systems and applications.
  • •Contribute to architecture and deployment procedures, including CI/CD pipelines and support for Agile teams delivering to production.
  • •Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to Sitecore Helix principles, GDPR, and other compliance requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •10 to 12 years’ Sitecore development experience (10.x, 9.x) plus C# and ASP.NET.
  • •Hands-on experience with Sitecore 10.x+, including Sitecore Headless, Sitecore Content Hub, and personalization.
  • •8+ years with .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, GraphQL, and JavaScript (React/Next.js/Angular).
  • •Strong understanding of Sitecore Helix architecture, SXA, and Headless Services.
  • •Ability to lead up to two full client development teams (totaling 10-15 people).
