Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end design and implementation of enterprise SCCM/ConfigMgr and Microsoft Intune environments for global client accounts.
  • •Own SCCM-to-Intune migration direction, including workload transition planning, timeline development, and risk mitigation.
  • •Run enterprise patch management programs, including governance, SLAs, compliance reporting, and emergency/zero-day patch response.
  • •Deliver advanced OS deployment and provisioning using Windows 11 readiness assessment, task sequence design, pilot execution, and Autopilot/Zero Touch frameworks.
  • •Architect automation and integrations using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API, and provide client-facing governance for EPM delivery quality and escalations.

Key Requirements

  • •Expert-level Microsoft SCCM/ConfigMgr skills across site architecture, OSD, patch management, and reporting.
  • •Expert Microsoft Intune knowledge including MDM/MAM lifecycle, co-management, Autopilot, WUfB, and Conditional Access.
  • •Experience with enterprise Windows 10/11 deployment (task sequences, MDT, WinPE, driver management, and Autopilot ZTP).
  • •Advanced PowerShell automation for SCCM and Intune operational efficiency, including Graph API integrations and reporting pipelines.
  • •Ability to lead client-facing delivery governance from India, including SLA management, delivery reviews, and escalation resolution.
