Key Responsibilities

•Champion a safe work environment by following safety policies, procedures, and protocols.
•Follow company, OSHA, and MSHA regulations and report safety or compliance issues to leadership or safety personnel.
•Support construction and paving crews with manual labor tasks including shoveling, raking, and material handling.
•Communicate with equipment operators using hand signals and tools to align and move materials.
•Execute daily tasks as directed by your Foreman, including installing and removing traffic control devices and operating small power tools as needed.

Key Requirements

•Follow all safety policies, procedures, and protocols, including proper use of PPE.
•Comply with company, OSHA, and MSHA regulations and promptly report issues to leadership or safety personnel.
•Support construction and paving crews with hands-on tasks such as shoveling, raking, operating a wheelbarrow, and directing trucks.
•Execute daily tasks assigned by your Foreman while adapting to changing project needs.
•Be able to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background check; maintain physical ability for outdoor work and lifting up to 50 lbs.
