Job Summary

Lead and grow a team of supplier performance professionals supporting the E-7 platform supply base. Own supplier-related activities as an authorized agent, including supplier assessment and performance improvement, procurement execution, and supply chain process improvements. Develop and execute project and process plans, set operational goals, and oversee technical approaches and negotiation processes. Manage employees, foster partnerships with stakeholders, and drive contract execution and supplier diversity initiatives.

•Acquire resources, provide technical management of suppliers, and lead process improvements and supplier diversity initiatives.

•Experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations) and/or contracts with the U.S. Department of Defense.
