Job Summary

Provide strategic and operational leadership for multi-rig drilling operations to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective well construction. Own drilling program planning, execution, and performance against well delivery plans, production targets, and regulatory requirements. Drive operational optimization, cost control, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement while developing drilling teams, mentoring leaders, and managing contractor and vendor performance across onshore and offshore campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and oversee drilling activities across multiple rigs to align with drilling objectives, well delivery plans, and production targets.
•Ensure drilling programs are executed safely and efficiently in compliance with approved well designs, technical standards, and operational parameters.
•Oversee rig performance, equipment reliability, well progress, and drive drilling efficiency improvements to reduce non-productive time.
•Lead HSE and regulatory compliance across drilling operations, including permits, reporting, and audits.
•Manage drilling budgets and costs, monitor operational KPIs and drilling metrics, and approve operations reports for management decision-making.

Key Requirements

•15–20 years of progressive drilling operations experience covering onshore and/or offshore environments.
•Minimum 7–10 years in senior drilling leadership roles with accountability for multi-rig operations and delivery.
•Proven experience managing large-scale drilling campaigns while balancing safety, cost, schedule, and technical risk.
•Strong understanding of drilling operations, well design, rig management, and execution methodologies.
•In-depth knowledge of well control principles, barrier management, and drilling risk mitigation practices.
