Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end change management across multi-workstream transformation programs spanning people, process, and technology.
  • •Conduct collaborator analysis and change impact assessments, then develop and implement targeted action plans.
  • •Build and execute communications strategies tailored to diverse audiences at all levels.
  • •Track and report resistance management and adoption metrics to senior and executive collaborators.
  • •Facilitate workshops and engagement initiatives, deliver or facilitate OCM training, and mentor/advisory support for transformation leaders.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of progressive organizational change management experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
  • •A university degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Validated experience leading change across ERP or large IT transformation programs.
  • •Expertise across core OCM areas including interested party analysis, impact analysis, communications, resistance management, and user engagement indicators.
  • •PROSCI Change Management certification and strong written/verbal communication skills to simplify technical concepts.
