Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive personal sales performance and lead the team to achieve sales and KPI targets by analyzing metrics and implementing best practices.
  • •Build client relationships through proactive outreach, ensure exceptional in-store and after-sales experiences, and drive repeat business and VIP retention.
  • •Coach the team on goals and performance; support recruitment, onboarding, role modeling, and ongoing training; provide feedback to store leadership.
  • •Supervise opening/closing procedures including cash handling, bank deposits, register operations, and key-holding responsibilities; ensure accurate POS and inventory processing.
  • •Lead omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives, including live-stream shopping, and promote brand-safe social media engagement and customer data capture.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role (luxury/premium or comparable retail preferred).

  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • •Social media literacy and comfort with omni-channel/virtual selling tools and clienteling systems.
