Serve as a brand ambassador in-store, delivering exceptional customer service by answering product questions, understanding customer needs, and making compelling recommendations. Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety standards, restock and replenish inventory, and support efficient checkout. Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately while contributing to store profitability through proper receiving and handling of product flow. Partner with Store Leadership to enhance customer experience and teamwork.
