Job Summary

Lead ERP delivery projects for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM, guide end-to-end process definitions, and manage multi-country teams within ASG. Serve as CoP Lead for the Delivery Lead ERP Community, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with sales and leadership to position the ERP Practice for long-term success in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the full project planning, governance and autonomous leadership of ERP implementations with Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM.
•Support the sales team with proposals for potential and existing clients and contribute to the strategic development of the ASG ERP Practice.
•Lead and mature cross-functional project teams across onshore and offshore locations to achieve project goals (budget, schedule, quality).
•Assume methodological responsibility for agile project delivery following the Avanade approach.
•Develop and mentor the Delivery Lead Community in ASG, driving knowledge transfer, best practices and skill growth to sustain project quality.

Key Requirements

•Proven project leadership and consulting experience with strong client-facing capabilities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM or similar ERP solutions.
•Experience leading ERP implementations end-to-end, including budgeting, scheduling and quality management.
•Ability to coach and mentor a community of approx. 25 experts across levels, with a focus on knowledge transfer and best practices.
•Strong stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and capability to work with onshore and offshore teams.
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, IT Management or a related field.
