Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure trade capture, exception management, service routing, and add/settlement of cash transactions within SLA turnaround times.
  • •Run diagnostics to investigate and resolve exceptions and queries, including cash reconciliation and journal input/reimbursements/payments.
  • •Enable the global operating model for institutional clients, observe project/migration timelines, and act as first point of escalation for business partners.
  • •Manage risks and governance by assessing operational risks, updating daily/weekly trackers, ensuring escalation matrices are followed, and supporting internal/external reviews.
  • •Supervise team performance through regular discussions and appraisals, drive process improvements, oversee UAT as required, and support succession planning and cross-training.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance/accounting and 5+ years of relevant funds administration experience.
  • •Ability to handle teams and monitor operational goals, including strong team management and performance discussions.
  • •Complete understanding of the trade life cycle and trade processing activities, including trade instructions and end-to-end fund accounting.
  • •Excellent knowledge of capital markets, financial instruments, accounting principles, and investment valuations; strong accounting concepts and financial statements understanding.
  • •Working knowledge of trade/fund accounting platforms and tools (including SimCorp Dimension) plus Microsoft Office, with ability to manage and analyze management information.
