Estimator III

Prepare and support construction estimating work for bids and projects, applying estimating terminology, measurements, assumptions, and URS cost structures to quantify impacts. Develop wage rate build-ups, detailed material take-offs, bid packages, conceptual estimates, and subcontractor bid analysis. Read and interpret drawings and specifications, and develop cash flow schedules to support field procurement and more complex estimating assignments under general supervision.
