Job Summary

Support organizational change and organizational development initiatives through compact to complex projects across multiple DTE business units. Lead project teams when needed, mentor and guide less experienced colleagues, and use consulting methods to design and conduct change management interventions. Identify organizational performance gaps, develop strategic solutions, and contribute to functional strategy by delivering milestones and objectives while applying best practices to improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead projects and/or project teams, including assigning work, reviewing progress, evaluating results, mentoring, and providing guidance to less experienced colleagues.
•Identify gaps in organizational performance and develop and execute strategic solutions to drive bottom-line results.
•Contribute to functional strategy by leading project teams to achieve milestones and objectives.
•Solve unique and complex problems with broad business impact.
•Identify, suggest, and implement best practices to improve processes across areas of the business.

Key Requirements

•HS Diploma or GED equivalent and four (4) years of experience using consulting methods to design and conduct OD interventions, including change management, team development, leadership development, group facilitation, performance coaching, organization and job design, and survey feedback.
•Preferred concentration in Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, Training and Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or Management Science.
•Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning styles, participative training design, group dynamics, interactive learning methods, systems theory, and quality improvement processes.
•Demonstrated knowledge of change management theory and experience applying change management techniques in the workplace.
•Experience planning, coordinating, and executing projects, and communicating timelines, progress, and results with key stakeholders, Senior Leaders, and business unit parties.
