Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and implement the Quality Management System (QMS) per ISO 9001 and the Lucid Production System.
  • •Cascade QMS at plant level, administer the Qualtrics system for document control, and edit/review/publish controlled QMS documents.
  • •Plan and execute ISO 9001 certification audits, develop internal/external audit plans, and track action plans resulting from audits.
  • •Develop and execute Conformity of Production (CoP) activities, including CoP certification audit planning, tracking homologation status, and deploying CoP requirements.
  • •Manage QMS training/coaching, maintain QMS dashboards and performance tracking, and conduct GRC conformity audits to drive corrective and preventive actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering (industrial/quality/manufacturing); master’s preferred.
  • •5+ years of experience in manufacturing organizations and implementing ISO 9001:2015 and/or IATF 16949.
  • •ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 internal auditor qualification is required.
  • •Hands-on QMS and document control platform experience (e.g., Qualtrax), including lifecycle management and change management.
  • •Experience with Conformity of Production (CoP) audits/requirements is required; CoP knowledge is a plus.
