Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

•Lead delivery for complex partner offers and RTM programs from intake through launch and post-launch monitoring.
•Independently manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and collaborator alignment.
•Ensure operational and technical readiness for launches through structured planning and validation.
•Act as the point of contact for delivery blockers, risks, and launch issues that arise as critical issues.
•Monitor fulfillment health, delivery metrics, and launch performance; build dashboards and reporting to improve visibility and planning.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,200 - 162,800 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years in program management, delivery operations, technical operations, or similar roles.
•Proven ability to independently lead complex cross-functional programs.
•Experience working with engineering or platform teams on system-dependent launches.
•Strong technical proficiency — able to engage in system and integration discussions.
•Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills.
