Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, own, and continuously improve the core mechanics of how the media team plans, executes, and optimizes work.
  • •Redesign media planning frameworks, templates, and cadences used across the team for annual and quarterly planning cycles.
  • •Establish and govern a scalable media operating system including budget pacing, performance reporting, campaign enablement, and process automation.
  • •Simplify intake, automation, and workflow tooling, eliminating manual double-entry through well-scoped AI and automation solutions.
  • •Run cross-functional operating rhythms and execute change management for new systems and processes, including documentation, training, and communication plans.

Key Requirements

  • •7 to 10+ years of experience in Marketing or Media Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, or a closely related field within complex, cross-functional organizations.
  • •Demonstrated senior individual contributor experience with real decision authority and ownership over cross-functional operating systems.
  • •Fluency in program management including workback schedules, risk management, project velocity, and hands-on ownership of project management tooling for non-technical teams.
  • •A systems mindset with a track record building standardized templates and driving adoption across multiple teams.
  • •Strong understanding of how media teams plan, intake, prioritize, and execute work at scale.
