Key Responsibilities

•Create customer loyalty through needs-based conversations to deliver a differentiated customer experience.
•Drive proactive sales conversations via outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, and appointment setting.
•Acquire new customers through prospecting while deepening existing relationships and referring needs across lines of business.
•Uncover and provide solutions for lending needs and serve as a contact for customer problem resolution for deposit/credit products.
•Perform teller functions, cash transactions, and balancing while completing required training and adhering to laws and policies (including BSA/AML).

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
•Customer service experience required; experience developing customer relationships and achieving sales/production goals is preferred.
•Possess or be able to obtain an NMLS registration.
•Previous cash handling and teller experience preferred.
•Proficient computer skills and ability to communicate clearly, handle multiple tasks, and exercise sound business judgment.
