Key Responsibilities

•Lead the team of specialised employment lawyers who are redefining Glovo’s operating model in Spain, and oversee our HR operations in Yellow Park.
•Impact business operations and product with effective and out of the box legal advice.
•Manage and coordinate litigation, investigations, and disputes, working with external counsel when needed.
•Anticipate risks and recommend solutions to management, including Public Affairs and settlement strategies.
•Oversee strategic engagement with Works Councils and Unions to foster constructive social dialogue.

Key Requirements

•You are a Spanish qualified employment lawyer with strong litigation experience and 10 PQE, ideally with experience in a reputable law firm and advising tech companies.
•You have led high-performing teams and can build strong relationships with your team, executives and functional leads through credibility and mutual respect.
•You have excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish; you can simplify complex legal concepts for non-lawyers at the executive level.
•You have a hands-on approach and are prepared to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
•Your advice is pragmatic and impactful, balancing legal risk with business opportunity.
