Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Manager Accounts in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements, BOD meeting presentations, and cost-of-capital reports.
  • •Oversee and reconcile intercompany balances and transactions across group entities.
  • •Prepare the annual consolidated budget and manage internal and external audit processes, including drafting audited financial statements.
  • •Provide ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis to support GCFO decision-making, including cash flow forecasting and routine banking support.
  • •Supervise Financial Analysts and Accountants to ensure accurate ERP entries, payroll control reconciliations, and timely supplier and employee payments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • •Professional accounting certification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CFA.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in a finance management role.
  • •Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting requirements.
  • •Proven budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis experience, with proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
