Job Summary

Administer import and export compliance policies to ensure international trade activities meet regulations, customs requirements, and corporate standards. Resolve customs discrepancies and mitigate compliance vulnerabilities through restricted party screening, ECCN/Schedule B analysis, and maintenance of recordkeeping frameworks. Support ITAR/EAR/USML license administration, act as a point of contact for BIS and the Department of State, and provide advisory guidance to logistics, warehouse, sales, and purchasing teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct restricted party screening for end-users and new customers using e2open and trade management systems, escalating high-risk findings.
•Analyze product data to support ECCN and Schedule B determinations, maintaining the integrity of the ECCN database.
•Assist with administration and renewal of government export licenses (ITAR, EAR, USML) and respond to inquiries from BIS and the Department of State.
•Investigate supply chain operations for import/export compliance vulnerabilities and collaborate with legal to deploy risk-mitigation strategies.
•Manage and audit corporate recordkeeping across US sites and provide advisory support and interpretive guidance to logistics, warehouse, sales, and purchasing teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Business Administration, or similar with relevant experience.
•Minimum of 2 years of direct Trade Compliance experience (export compliance, import compliance, or both).
•Familiarity with Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT).
•Strong familiarity with Entry Summary (7501) analysis, HTSUS structures, ECCN matrices, and trade compliance systems (e.g., e2open, ACE).
•Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency and attention to detail, with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
