Executive - Warehouse Operations - Contract Logistics

Lead end-to-end warehouse operations for inbound, sorting, picking, outbound, and inventory. Oversee vehicle unloading and acknowledge receiving, manage manpower planning to match volume fluctuations, and handle loss control and operational productivity analysis. Ensure warehouse hygiene, safety compliance, and timely customer query responses, while managing customer escalations, reporting, shipment discrepancy mail-backs, and performance improvements aligned with site P&L and budget.
