Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end warehouse operations covering inward, sorting, picking, outbound, and inventory.
  • •Ensure vehicles are unloaded on time and receiving is acknowledged via email.
  • •Plan and manage manpower according to volume fluctuations; independently handle 150+ staff with teamwork.
  • •Drive loss control, analyze operational miss reports and productivity, and improve site productivity; conduct layout-wise manpower planning.
  • •Manage customer relationship activities including timely query responses, escalation handling with the Warehouse Manager, and timely email follow-ups on short/excess shipments.
