Responsible for driving exclusive sales of manual welding systems while supporting the sales team with sales-support activities such as customer follow-ups. You will shadow service engineers to learn welding basics and maintenance best practices, then help educate customers on product advantages through training sessions for practical users. Build communication and planning skills while partnering closely with the team to support customers and sales execution.

•Drive exclusive sales of manual welding systems across the full range.
•Support the sales team with sales-support tasks such as following up with customers.
•Shadow service engineers to learn welding fundamentals and good maintenance practices for welding equipment.
•Educate customers on the advantages of the company’s welding products.
•Conduct training sessions for practical users on product use and benefits.

Key Requirements

•Either a Fresher B.E. in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Metallurgy, Production, or a Diploma in Electronics/Electrical, OR up to 1 year of welding-related work experience.
•Good communication skills with strong planning and organizing.
•Result-oriented, team player, and demonstrates ownership.
•Basic computer skills including email and MS Office.
