Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage with headliners and encourage participation in activation experiences.
  • •Represent the assigned activation with enthusiasm, professionalism, and brand alignment, and provide clear participation instructions.
  • •Maintain a positive inclusive atmosphere and monitor headliner flow to keep entrances and exits clear.
  • •Track and regulate participant capacity, and proactively communicate with team leads about crowd levels, safety concerns, or operational needs.
  • •Support setup, maintenance, and breakdown of activation areas, and assist with basic troubleshooting or escalate issues.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.5 - 22 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year(s) minimum festival, concert, tour, or production experience.
  • •Highly motivated with strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • •Working knowledge of web and mobile technologies and two-way radio.
  • •Working mobile device (preferably a smart phone).
  • •Ability to lift and move 50lbs or more and work extended periods (10-14 hours).
