Job Summary

Support reliable operation and continuous improvement of mission-critical developer platforms for Air Dominance engineering teams. Administer GitLab, CI/CD runners, Jira, Confluence, and PostgreSQL, monitor health and incidents, and automate operational tasks with scripts and Infrastructure as Code. Assist with cloud and on-prem infrastructure administration using AWS/Azure and Linux, maintain runbooks and SOPs, and help delivery teams define SLI/SLO/SLA and operational metrics.

Key Responsibilities

•Support day-to-day operation of GitLab, GitLab CI/CD runners, Jira, Confluence, PostgreSQL, and related developer tooling infrastructure.
•Assist with deployment/configuration of build servers, version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
•Administer cloud-based and on-prem infrastructure using approved AWS/Azure, Linux, virtualization, and container platform capabilities.
•Monitor application/runner/database/storage/host health and triage service requests and platform support tickets.
•Create/maintain runbooks and automation (IaC, Ansible, scripts), and assist with incident response and maintenance activities.

•Bachelor’s degree.
•2+ years of experience with software development and/or troubleshooting software.

•Experience designing and implementing scalable computing infrastructure for data solutions using cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
