Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage daily operations, facilities, and workplace experience at a defined location(s).
  • •Oversee end-to-end facility operations, including safety, maintenance, cleaning, security, catering, sustainability, and desk/space management.
  • •Lead vendor and contract management, including selection, negotiation, performance monitoring, and invoice approvals.
  • •Lead small works and capital improvement projects from initiation through execution, including change initiatives like office moves and renovations.
  • •Lead and mentor the Workplace team, and serve as site lead during incident response with crisis management plans as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Workplace/Facilities Management, Real Estate, Hospitality, or related field.
  • •6+ years’ experience in workplace/facilities operations.
  • •Experience overseeing a multi-disciplinary function in a creative, technical, or high-growth environment.
  • •Proven success in vendor management, space planning, capital works, and workplace compliance.
  • •Comfortable using workplace tech platforms (Outlook, G-Suite, Slack, ServiceNow, Monday.com, AutoCAD, etc.).
