Own the health, stability, and performance of production data platforms, including ingestion pipelines, processing jobs, and data warehousing. Serve as a primary responder for data incidents by diagnosing root causes, enforcing data quality and validation, and maintaining monitoring/logging/alerting for pipelines. Manage and optimize data integrations, APIs, and performance, collaborate with DevOps on AWS infrastructure, and keep runbooks and operational documentation current.

•Manage, deploy, and maintain data ingestion pipelines, processing jobs, integrations, and APIs.
•Continuously optimize the performance, scalability, and efficiency of data processing jobs and API performance.
•Develop and enforce data validation and quality checks, collaborate with DevOps on AWS infrastructure, and maintain operational runbooks.

•5+ years of experience in a Data Engineering, Data Operations, or SRE role supporting production data environments and user support.

•Experience with Python (or similar), ETL tools (Fivetran, DBT, Workato or equivalent), and API frameworks/management.
•Experience with RDBMS and data warehouses (e.g., MySQL/AWS RDS/PostgreSQL/Oracle; Databricks/BigQuery/Redshift/Snowflake) plus CI/CD and DevOps practices.
