Job Summary

Build a new field marketing motion for enterprise health systems, starting from zero to one. Own end-to-end North America field event strategy, planning, execution, and a regional marketing calendar, with direct accountability for pipeline and revenue targets. Partner with Enterprise Sales, ABM, Executive Leadership, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Customer Success to create executive engagement and thought leadership programs across complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.

•Translate strategic account plans into executive experiences, field programs, and conference activations.
•Own end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of field events across North America, including a regional field marketing calendar.
•Drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact tied to North America field marketing programs and manage event engagement strategies before, during, and after events.
•Serve as primary field marketing point of contact for Health System sales and coordinate with demand generation, content, product marketing, and brand teams on collateral, messaging, and follow-up assets.
•Build and maintain reporting and dashboards to track meetings, pipeline, ROI, and event impact; manage budgets across field marketing programs.

Pay and Benefits
