Job Summary

Support, enhance, and modernize the PeopleSoft Financials and FSCM environment by combining functional expertise with technical development. Own system support, upgrades (including PeopleTools/PUM), batch processing, and month-end/year-end close activities. Troubleshoot incidents with root-cause analysis, design and maintain PeopleSoft customizations, develop reporting with PeopleSoft tools, and implement integrations via web services/APIs while improving processes through AI and automation.

Key Responsibilities

•Support and maintain the PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) environment.
•Manage daily financial batch processing and support month-end/year-end close for AP, AR, and General Ledger.
•Troubleshoot application issues and batch failures, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
•Lead PeopleTools and PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) upgrades, including retrofit analysis, testing, and deployment of customizations.
•Design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft customizations and integrations using PeopleTools technologies, reporting tools, and web services/APIs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent education/experience).
•8+ years supporting, developing, and upgrading PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) applications.
•Strong functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Financial modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Management (AM), and Project Costing (PC).
•Experience supporting Supply Chain modules such as Purchasing, eProcurement, Purchase Orders, and Billing.
•Strong PeopleTools development experience, including PeopleCode and Application Engine.
