Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain production-grade AI-enabled applications using generative AI, machine learning, LLMs, AI APIs, RAG, and agentic workflows.
  • •Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, document repositories, knowledge bases, and workflow platforms, implementing required AI controls and evaluation mechanisms.
  • •Deploy and operate applications in FedRAMP Moderate, FedRAMP High, and GCC High environments while supporting SSDLC, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and release management.
  • •Implement infrastructure-as-code/configuration-as-code where appropriate and support security controls aligned to NIST SP 800-53 and FedRAMP baselines, including vulnerability remediation and operational monitoring.
  • •Design, configure, develop, integrate, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows, including integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise/cloud/AI services.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree with 5–8 years (or commensurate) professional software engineering experience developing and supporting enterprise applications.
  • •Hands-on experience building AI-enabled and/or generative AI applications suitable for production use.
  • •Experience with modern programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#, plus RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed architectures.
  • •Experience deploying, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining applications in cloud environments, including FedRAMP Moderate and/or FedRAMP High environments.
  • •Knowledge of secure software engineering and DevSecOps, including CI/CD, source control, automated testing, vulnerability management, and production support.
Education:Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline
