Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives and optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly, easy-to-shop environment while building daily customer relationships.
  • •Partner with store leadership to analyze reports, support action plans, and focus on deficient areas to drive growth.
  • •Maintain effective sales floor coverage by developing workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives as needed.
  • •Support store operations including shipment processing, visual merchandising, daily replenishment, and executing front/back-of-house procedures per policy.
