Key Responsibilities

•Strategy leadership: Lead the development of best-in-class social strategies rooted in clients’ business and brand objectives, incorporating the latest trends and best practices, and drive demand for the strategy team’s services both internally and externally.
•Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to deeply understand their business, audience and brand, and formulate campaigns that resonate and deliver results.
•Team leadership & collaboration: Line manage a team of strategists, mentor them, and collaborate with creative, account and media teams to ensure campaign integration and clear direction for the creative teams.
•Thought leadership & industry influence: Establish yourself as a thought leader, sharing insights and trends, championing social-first thinking, and staying updated on platform updates and emerging technologies.
•Social excellence & innovation: Contribute to ideation and implementation of game-changing social initiatives, working with Marketing Science partners to test hypotheses and apply new tools to improve campaign performance.
