Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive repair orders and perform work as outlined with efficiency and accuracy to dealership and factory standards.
  • •Diagnose causes of malfunctions and complete repairs; communicate with the parts department for needed parts.
  • •Save and tag parts for warranty requests or customer requests.
  • •Examine vehicles for additional safety/service needs and notify the service advisor if work isn’t needed or can’t be completed as promised.
  • •Document work performed and follow all safety policies and regulations; attend factory training and stay current on technical bulletins.

  • •Able to pass pre-employment testing (background checks, MVR, and drug test).
