Key Requirements

  • •BS or MS in Packaging, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Bachelor’s plus 6+ years of relevant packaging development experience, or master’s plus 5+ years, or PhD plus 4+ years in CPG/food and beverage or related industry.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate others; people management experience preferred.
  • •Proven ability to lead and execute technically complex packaging projects across concept-to-commercialization.
  • •Strong knowledge of packaging materials and laboratory test methods, including Design of Experiments and statistical analysis; willingness to travel up to 30%.
