Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen or bar to customers’ tables promptly and accurately.
  • •Verify orders are complete and correctly presented by matching items to the order ticket.
  • •Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, clearing and resetting tables as needed.
  • •Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate deliveries and handle special requests or issues.
  • •Provide courteous, attentive service to guests, answering questions and addressing concerns professionally.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years working experience; 2 years relevant working experience.
  • •2 years GCC relevant experience is a plus.
  • •Strong knowledge of the restaurant menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary considerations.
  • •Ability to manage multiple orders efficiently while delivering accurately and on time.
  • •Effective communication to coordinate with kitchen and bar staff and handle customer inquiries.
