Key Responsibilities

  • •Create analyses, metrics, reports, dashboards, and custom tools to reveal insights into content performance.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to identify opportunities that improve overall content strategy and the content vertical’s strategy.
  • •Develop robust, scalable solutions with other data and insights colleagues.
  • •Translate complex metrics and data science outputs into actionable insights for content teams.
  • •Collaborate as a thought partner with stakeholders to help content teams create and distribute titles that drive member value.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of analytics experience with a track record of understanding business needs and using data and partnerships to meet them.
  • •Fluency in Python and SQL for big data, including experience with Spark and Trino.
  • •Experience engineering data pipelines and orchestrating workflows with tools such as Airflow and Metaflow.
  • •Ability to deliver actionable insights using analytical methods such as regression, cohort, clustering, time series, and factor analysis.
  • •Proficiency with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Microstrategy, along with strong stakeholder communication.
