Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform overhaul, maintenance, and sustainment support for 3kW to 150kW generators, including installation/removal and troubleshooting AC/DC and control systems.
  • •Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, chillers, and environmental control units used in fixed and mobile configurations.
  • •Maintain commercial power generation equipment, military-spec generators, and UPS systems.
  • •Operate a load bank and dynometer during testing, and fabricate wire harnesses and solder terminals.
  • •Provide on-site technical and maintenance assistance and training to site operations and maintenance personnel.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of related experience (or BA/BS plus 2 years, or AA/AS plus 4 years).
  • •Extensive diesel engine rebuild and generator experience, including generator parallel systems and switch gear.
  • •Experience brazing copper tubing and evacuating/recharging refrigerant for HVAC systems.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance within 12 months of the start date.
  • •US citizenship required.
