Job Summary

Provide customer service and maximize the business value of IT applications for CRH’s Materials, Logistics & Equipment (MLE) systems and related capabilities (truck tracking/statusing, hours-of-service compliance, inspections, live order and material tracking, equipment work orders, and Quickbase apps). Prioritize and resolve technical issues, support deployments/upgrades/maintenance, ensure SLA/OLA compliance, create documentation and SOPs, and train Field Service and Service Desk personnel to improve first-call resolution.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide customer service and engage with customers, business leaders, peers, cross-functional groups, and vendors to prioritize and resolve technical support issues.
•Ensure compliance with SLA and OLA, and provide timely status updates to stakeholders and CRH AMAT IT Management.
•Support incidents, service requests, and application queues; participate in major incident resolution via a technical bridge and troubleshooting.
•Create and maintain support/maintenance documentation, standard operating procedures, and processes to improve resolve times and empower Service Desk first-call resolution.
•Execute deployment and enhancement tasks: work with Business Analysts/Solutions Engineers on implementation plans, complete configurations/site documentation, and train other teams to support deployments and end-user verification.

Key Requirements

•Associates Degree in Engineering/Computer related discipline, or equivalent experience.
•2+ years of technical and/or end user experience with construction materials point of sale/accounting systems, telematics solutions, and document imaging (preferred).
•Knowledge of creating and maintaining technical documentation.
•Knowledge of Windows 7 and above, applications in the Office Suite, and general PC Networking.
•ITIL Foundation certification preferred and knowledge of Quickbase administration/support and creating Quickbase applications.
