  • •Serve as the PT-Sundyne steward for the Quality Management System across six manufacturing locations, strengthening governance, consistency, compliance, and ownership.
  • •Partner with site leaders and quality professionals to assess system effectiveness, identify gaps, and translate priorities into sustainable improvements.
  • •Develop and coach site-based quality professionals to build technical depth, leadership capability, and problem-solving discipline.
  • •Improve quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance across the manufacturing network by working with the operations multi-site leader.
  • •Lead cross-site problem solving and continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, FMEA, and statistical methods, and maintain performance rhythms and measures.

Key Requirements
