Job Summary

Own and grow relationships with Premier clients within HSBC International Wealth and Premier Banking, achieving KPI targets and supporting Country AOP. Conduct regular reviews to understand clients’ short- and long-term needs, advise on insurance and investment solutions, and maintain qualifying client standards. Use client relationship management data and internal tools to drive service delivery, monitor satisfaction, and coach branch teams while ensuring lending and operational activities follow HSBC policy and risk controls.

Key Responsibilities

•Support achievement of Country AOP and agreed KPI objectives through development of existing and new relationships.
•Build and retain sustainable client relationships by conducting regular client reviews and advising on products and services.
•Maintain qualifying Premier client standards within the portfolio and develop a strong personal and corporate presence in the community to introduce new business.
•Use tools, internal information systems, and client relationship management data to drive client service delivery, keep client information up to date, and monitor satisfaction for portfolio improvements.
•Ensure sales and operations follow HSBC policy, manage lending facilities within approval authority, and manage operational risk using management information.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
•Minimum three years of proven, progressive financial services and/or retail sales experience.
•Evidence of strong sales results in insurance and investment products.
•Relationship management experience with high net worth clients and strong technical skills in wealth management.
•Knowledge of financial services products, client relationship management systems, and ability to work with Compliance, Credit and Risk/Internal Control.
