Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a senior technical leader for enterprise endpoint platforms and workplace technologies, including technical design, implementation, administration, and standard-setting.
  • •Act as the primary escalation point for complex endpoint and platform issues while ensuring operational health, stability, and performance.
  • •Engineer and administer enterprise endpoint management platforms, including device configuration standards, OS lifecycle activities, deployments, upgrades, and patch management.
  • •Lead modern workplace solutions such as Modern Device Management (MDM), zero-touch provisioning, endpoint security controls, virtual desktop technologies, Cloud PC solutions, and digital employee experience.
  • •Partner with Information Security to strengthen endpoint security posture, support vulnerability management and incident response, and coordinate endpoint-focused projects across infrastructure and support teams.

  • •7+ years supporting and engineering enterprise endpoint environments.
  • •5+ years administering large-scale enterprise desktop management platforms.
  • •Advanced experience supporting Windows endpoint environments and modern endpoint management technologies (Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, Microsoft Entra ID, Jamf Pro).
  • •Experience with endpoint security capabilities such as Microsoft Defender Antivirus and Windows Defender Application Control (WDAC), plus endpoint security implementation.
