Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare accurate cost estimates and project budgets by analyzing specifications, materials, labor costs, and related factors.
  • •Perform quantity takeoffs from architectural and engineering drawings to determine quantities of materials and labor.
  • •Support tendering by preparing tender documents, analyzing bids, and assisting with contract negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • •Administer construction contracts including reviewing terms, processing change orders, and supporting resolution of contractual disputes.
  • •Implement cost control and value engineering measures, assess risks, conduct quality inspections/audits, and prepare cost/progress reports while supporting HSE initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, including 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • •Experience in computer-based quantification systems, including CCS (Candy).
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • •Experience using AutoCAD for quantity takeoff and preparing Bills of Quantities using standard method of measurement.
  • •Knowledge of measurement principles and standards (e.g., NRM2, CESMMIII, QSSM, QCS, FIDIC) and preferred ERP functional skills (SAP).
