Job Summary

Serve as a Business Subject Matter Expert for Flightscape Delivery, supporting end-to-end implementation of the Flight Plan Manager and related Flight Planning Suite products. Translate business requirements into functional solutions by understanding the application UI, leading data gathering/loading, performing data validation, and coordinating with delivery, development, and customer teams. Participate in onsite and remote customer meetings, resolve issues during adoption and maintenance, and drive process improvements using customer best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a Business Subject Matter Expert across the end-to-end solution implementation lifecycle.
•Develop a strong understanding of the application’s user interface and functional business solutions.
•Support implementation, installation, and customer integration of the Flight Planning Suite using technical process knowledge.
•Lead data gathering and data loading, and perform data validation checks throughout implementation and delivery.
•Participate in onsite and remote customer meetings, collaborate with delivery and development teams, and lead business-perspective issue resolution during adoption and post-production maintenance.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of experience in Airline Operations.
•Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
•Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in customer-facing roles.
•Ability to travel between 10% and 50% of the time.
