Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate support for career events including pre-event preparation, event coordination, and post-event follow-up.
  • •Provide administrative support for early career programs, including scheduling intern/co-op needs, maintaining program documentation, and supporting rotational program logistics.
  • •Facilitate associate training week and coordinate stakeholder meetings for the programme.
  • •Lead coordination of TA recruitment marketing materials, including displays, giveaways, and apparel/supply requests.
  • •Develop SOPs and reference guides to streamline recruiter workflows; track and analyze recruitment metrics and program data for continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20 - 26 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or 2+ years of experience in early career support.
  • •Demonstrated experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies (e.g., Smart Recruiters, Workday, or similar).
  • •Strong proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • •Outstanding attention to detail, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • •Ability to coordinate complex logistics, calendar management, travel, and vendor communications.
