Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead assessment and improvement of current-state FRM workflows to design scalable solutions that improve productivity, consistency, compliance alignment, and field execution.
  • •Define requirements and oversee the design, build, and enhancement of dashboards and reporting, including Power BI solutions, for KPIs and QBR performance insights.
  • •Identify, assess, and help advance AI-enabled capabilities that increase operational leverage and field bandwidth (e.g., payer policy monitoring, coding/billing support, next best action).
  • •Partner across FRM leadership, Business Operations, IT, Compliance, and Training to translate operational and data findings into actionable process improvements.
  • •Establish FRM quality assurance by creating cross-portfolio metrics and data standards, leading documentation/approvals, and supporting data integrations and platform enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in operations, process management, information management, business, analytics, healthcare administration, or a related area.
  • •4+ years of experience in operations, process management, business analytics, reporting, or a related function.
  • •2+ years of experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry.
  • •Proven ability to lead through change with agility, sound judgment, strong ownership, and disciplined execution.
  • •Strong communication skills to tailor complex information for varied audiences, with cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management experience.
