Job Summary

Lead supply planning and inventory planning/analysis across the network, partnering with regional materials leadership to build team approaches, processes, and tools for forecasting and planning excellence. Own tactical activities for purchasing goods and services, run monthly SIOP supply planning reviews, issue POs and track confirmations, and coordinate with SIOP, customer support, sourcing, and logistics to meet service levels, inventory targets, and supply continuity.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead supply planning, inventory planning, and analysis across the network to support purchasing activities and supply continuity.
•Run monthly SIOP supply planning reviews and coordinate planning activities end to end, including POs and order confirmations.
•Manage supplier and logistics coordination, including expediting critical orders and handling drop shipments.
•Maintain and manage the material master database and produce reports such as Open Purchase Order and Shortage reports; monitor inventory management metrics.
•Drive continuous improvement through operational efficiencies, root cause analysis for service issues, and collaboration with procurement, logistics, and engineering change activities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in operations management, supply chain management, or a relevant field, plus at least 8 years of experience in supply planning or related materials/manufacturing functions.
•Experience working with SAP (required).
•Experience in a Sales & Operating Planning (S&OP/SIOP) process environment (preferred).
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Strong data and analytical skills, including Excel.
