Job Summary

Own commercial reporting and cost analytics for aircraft External Maintenance activities. Coordinate invoice payments, oversee contracts, and maintain budget forecasting with minimal variance to protect liquidity. Produce monthly financials, accruals, and quarterly expenditure analysis, plus full-year reports for External HM financial standings. Monitor OEM and vendor escalations, support cost control with maintenance and compliance teams, and help automate Power BI dashboards and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate invoice payments and perform contract oversight for aircraft External Maintenance activities.
•Establish cost tracking parameters and analyse cost trends to identify cost mitigation opportunities.
•Create and maintain the External Maintenance budget with accurate projections and controlled variance to protect liquidity.
•Report monthly financials and establish accruals for the finance department, plus provide quarterly expenditure analysis and full-year financial reports.
•Provide commercial oversight of External Base Maintenance by monitoring OEM/vendor/supplier escalations and maintaining compliance with contracts and group policies.

Key Requirements

•At least 1 year of relevant experience in a commercial/financial analytics role.
•A Diploma or Bachelor in Business Administration (or equivalent).
•Knowledge of accounting and cost analytics.
•Proven project management experience with strong prioritisation and time management.
•Proficient use of Microsoft Office and advanced Power BI skills.
