Key Responsibilities

•Lead broker on complex insurance programs, performing strategic assessment, design solutions and negotiating risk transfer products.
•Develop and maintain understanding of analytical/actuarial techniques to design and compare risk transfer/financing plans.
•Effectively plan and lead renewal cycles for client programs.
•Establish credibility with clients and Aon peers, expanding the internal network and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
•Maintain knowledge of Aon’s resources to promote interdependency and enhanced client services.
