Job Summary

Own customer onboarding, product adoption, and early growth in a fast-moving NHS-focused healthtech startup. Lead consultative onboarding calls, drive activation and upsell efforts, and troubleshoot issues in real time to ensure smooth product launches. Gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable improvements alongside Product, Engineering, Sales, and Account Management.

•Own onboarding from activation through successful adoption, leading consultative calls and tailoring the approach to customer needs.
•Drive early engagement and ensure customers actively use the platform, demonstrating measurable ROI within the first 90 days.
•Lead rollout and scaling of new flagship products, identifying early adopter customers and managing retention and activation.
•Use AI tools and automation to build and refine onboarding, support, and operational processes, including playbooks and documentation.
•Gather customer feedback, translate insights into product and operational improvements, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Account Management.
